Jop Description:

Tasks

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed BIM-based plans.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure fully integrated design solutions.
• Prepare construction drawings, BOQs, and tender documentation according to Baukant standards.
• Participate in client meetings and support communication with stakeholders.
• Provide technical input during construction and support As-Built documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
•  3+ years of professional experience in architectural design and planning.
•  Strong BIM skills (Revit required; Allplan is a bonus).
•  Knowledge of design standards – German DIN/HOAI is a strong bonus.
•  English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
•  Strong communication, design sense, and ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
