Jop Description:

Tasks

• Design HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Produce detailed MEP drawings and coordinate with architecture and structural teams.
• Perform calculations, system sizing, and technical evaluations.
• Review materials, shop drawings, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support site installations and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in building services design (HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing).
• BIM experience (Revit MEP required; Allplan knowledge is a bonus).
• Knowledge of international standards; German norms are a strong advantage.
• English is required; German is a bonus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
